Refund and Returns Policy

At PacificP, we want you to love your new beachwear as much as we enjoyed designing it. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our straightforward return and refund process.

Our Commitment: We stand behind the quality of our products. If you encounter any manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will work swiftly to resolve the issue.

Returns:

  • Eligibility: You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all original tags attached within 30 days of the date you received your order. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear where the hygienic liner has been removed or tampered with, unless the item is faulty.
  • How to Initiate a Return:
    1. Please email our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Briefly state the reason for your return; this helps us improve our products and service.
    2. Our support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to package and send your item(s) back to us.
    3. Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging if possible, or in suitable protective packaging. Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the package.
    4. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds:

  • Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days from the time we receive your return for the inspection and processing of your refund.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for the funds to appear in your account.  
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.  

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item following the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.  

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.  

Important Notes:

  • Items returned without a valid RA number may experience delays in processing.
  • PacificP reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
